Use the alternative mod launcher.

I'm having a bit of an issue with the mod saying that it is Vanilla only, I've tried reinstalling several times and checked the game cache, even uninstalled all other mods, but it still reads as vanilla only no matter what, any ideas for a fix?

I tried that. It said your mod is ONLY for vanilla. so you'll need to do a WOTC version

Use the Alternative Mod Launcher, the vanilla launcher is a broke dick piece of shit.

I get something that said "Only works for XCOM 2" on the manage mods section and I check it anyway. When I go onto the voice setting's they're not there. They're only on the vanilla game. Is there any way to fix it? I can prove it to you.

You're the only person so far to have this issue, so i doubt it's on my end.

The Eds and Rolf's voice are not working on WOTC. They do not appear at all so you'll need to make a seperate WOTC version for it to work properly.
