Currently my subscribers are divided in 2 groups: debuffs are TOO big and (group 2) debuffs are way to LOW after update. I will work on it a bit but currently it is good as it is. Now it gives you a chance not to ruin your country instantly.

So I almost can't play without this mod now.... any chance you could increase the negative modifiers from extensive conscription upwards? It almost still feels to forgiving... :|
