Btw if you do placing stops are a little bit tricky sometimes. Try to hold&drag the line to move around the station for a little. Usually works.
Firstly, The model itself is part of the Mass Transit DLC, and by useragreement, no creator is allowed to upload mods that bypass dlc requierments.
But even if I would create my own station model. Tram's are part of the Snowfall DLC. Without the Snowfall DLC you wouldn't have trams, and you would have no use of this station.
