This is intentional to be the same as the small parking bay on the real one, which is accessed by tunnel. Basically use a small street or parking lot road as the connecting road. There's a gap in the wall to allow for a ramp underground.

Yes yours is a lot bigger and more detailed just like your improved version of centrepoint tower with your more detailed bottom steel wired structure and more detailed LUT and rendering besides making it bigger. The new opera house though has stairs that seem to go over my road i'm not sure how to place this properly so cars don't just go through the bottom stairs of the opera house.

There is already another opera house that you or someone else made

Every 3D model is made of triangles. That warning is the game released in 2015 gently suggesting that meshes should aim to be less than 15,000 triangles to save on cpu demand, but this model (like many complicated models) has a count higher than this.

What does this mean "High Triangle Count on Mesh 33266/15000"

Thanks Robert, I did download Bennelong and Harbour lightpost as it was your recommendation! :steamhappy: But I did not have the idea to look after Bennelong with FindIt.
My conctruction is finalized now, Thanks again.
Robert  [author] 14 Jun, 2020 @ 4:05am
Thanks Jamesa, if you download the Bennelong Point Quay, use the keyword "bennelong" with Find It and the first two results will be the quay and the decal.

Thanks for this excellent and nice work, Robert, I'll be able to remember my trips there...
One question: I am not able to find the decal to cover the space between the quay and the building, did I miss something? Thanks a lot.
Meesmoth 31 Mar, 2020 @ 2:38pm

Rodrrico 12 Mar, 2020 @ 9:31pm
Oh cool, I might do that. Thanks for replying Robert!
Robert  [author] 12 Mar, 2020 @ 9:21pm
You have my permission to extract the mesh and make the amphibious opera house you're describing. I only focused on recreating the real world one.
Rodrrico 12 Mar, 2020 @ 8:49pm
This would be better if it was 50% in water 50% on land asset rather than just on land.
Negative 12 Dec, 2019 @ 6:55am
great!

Erina Fair isn't one building, though, it's a complex of big box stores stretching over half a kilometre. I am sure there are already good mall-type structures you could push together using building anarchy to put together your own complex. Also keep in mind how building AI works - even if I set the work slots really high, it would complain as one big building if it couldn't fill those staff roles, or complain as one big building if it didn't get enough customers, and no matter the size it would only pay one buildings worth of taxes. I get that many people play with unlimited money or disabling complaints, but not all. It isn't suitable for a single building in my opinion. :)

Can you please make a erina fair on the central coast

Fantastic work!
Amayasnep 21 Jun, 2019 @ 12:09pm
@Robert Yeah that's understandable. Model however much you want of the complex and take as many liberties as you see fit. Of course finding work is the priority these days.
Robert  [author] 21 Jun, 2019 @ 9:08am
Thank you. Governor Phillip Tower is a tough one when I try to imagine where its fair to say it 'ends'. It's joined to Governor Macquarie Tower, its base is one continuous structure that includes the Sydney Museum and a number of historic storefronts. It is also built into a hill, so one end of its base is lower than the other. If I cut off the other parts, its 'front' edge is a pedestrian plaza rather than a road. Not hard to do the tower itself, but the base begs questions like this that wear me out. Chifley is probably the next tower I'll do, or the smaller AMP building.
Amayasnep 21 Jun, 2019 @ 12:57am
Beautifully modelled.
Would you consider making the Governor Phillip Tower?
Taarna 20 Jun, 2019 @ 4:39pm

can confirm this is one of the most accurate things i seen on the steam workshop
Macwelshman 15 Jun, 2019 @ 5:38pm
Fantastic work. Don't listen to those complaining about high tri count, as I've discovered with my Monaco buildings, beautiful buildings deserve details.
Dog_OfWisdom 15 Jun, 2019 @ 3:25pm
its nice but its very good
honker 14 Jun, 2019 @ 11:04pm
