I used ploppable asphalt to cover them, and i disabled crossing using TMPE

@Alysterwolf, they can't, it's pedestrian crossing phase. They can only turn during phase 3, like all the cars coming from ramp (whether they turn right or left).

I guess the cars from ramp can turn right to highway at phase 1
