You are not even supposed to rebuild the audio cache.
You should just subscribe to the mod and let the game download it, then it'll work.

Its still the default pilot and arena heli pilot's voices even after snd_rebuildaudiocache

well yea. i paid every soundfile about $2. a few were more because tehy were way longer.
turned yout to be $298. so i just roudned it up.

This only edits soundfiles. It will work with any pilot model and helicopter model mods
