So there's a fixed version of this mod, but I don't recommend you install it. The person who made the fix turned off the comments because people were commenting that the mod was broken. I also had a problem with the Fix Mod, with it literally being the reason why I can't launch HOI4.

Kai has abandoned us... this mod is no longer compatible with other mods so now we are stuck with the same bland colors and no way to change it... The only way to change the color is to use the Non-Savable RGB console commands... this is the end, comrades... we are no longer painters.

console command is insignificant it doesnt save its very broken if you reload your save the color reverts and sometimes it just randomly reverts @galaxyruler

I don't think it actually works in kaiserredux. When you change the color, the game also changes the flag and country name to the default ones (at the beginning of the game).
