I don't mind using mods outside the game, like Loading Screen Mod on a new map to see if I'm missing any items on new assets. I just avoid mods during the actual game itself.
I've been playing around with the item class mod you suggested, and it's really been a game changer for me. So many offices I wanted to see as commercial, or vice versa. I want to thank you for that, as well as your excellent University City CCP.
if you're desperate however, use this mod. https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=455068042 load the asset in the asset editor and change it to the leisure or tourism AI. Of course this requires a mod to avoid using a mod...
Unfortunately it didn't suite my British city by it'self, however after I mixed it with a vanilla asset it looked perfect and I have added a link to a picture of it looking right at home.
Thank you again @KingLeno

I subscribed to it. Tried it ingame. Then I upvoted it because it looks and works great.
If someone subscribes to it, and doesn't like it ingame, well, a downvote might be in order.
But if folks don't like an asset because they don't agree with whatever message they think it is trying to convey, there is only one right thing to do: don't subscribe to it, and keep on browsing the workshop.
It really is that simple.
Also, thank you @KingLeno for all your awesome work. You have at least one fan in my country.
Thanks for making these despite the petulant toddlers, KingLeno. They make for a *realistic* gayborhood.
If people wanted to vent about the Dump Trump sign, it's on the workshop and they could do so there. People don't comment on political views when the "DUMPHotel" is in the background of screenshots.
And it's a shame to see that someone is so entitled to think how they play the game should dictate how i make assets or take screenshots.....mah, I'm lying. I personally gives no fks. And neither does the majority of people that have viewed this building
I'm not a republican or anything like that -- so many of us just play games these days specifically to escape the toxic world of politics altogether. And thus it's a shame to see.
I appreciate that you answered about it, because now I can truly go to town on my builds.
It's only if you see "unique building" or "park" then it's ploppable only. If you see residential, commercial, industrial, office, then it's a growable assets, regardless if the description says RICO or not
I honestly thought nearly every asset you had was just RICO plops. I've been missing out. =D
As for everyone who has a problem with it: boohoo. Poor little snowflake. Did the eeny weeny digital building hurt your feelings? Then don't subscribe to it.
