Darkcaptain™: Sorry, after further testing, it turns out the mod does not change water or road reflections. I may have been using a skybox with low wet road reflections, which led to my misunderstanding. It seems different skyboxes have varying levels of wet road reflections. I will delete my previous comment.

@ENTP simp, yeah it does for me. the game drops by 10 fps whenever it's raining but could be different for others since I play on max graphics
