Yeah, missiles against small grids seem to be glitched rn. The missile will pass all the way through the vehicle without damaging it, then explode on the other side. Makes for really weird damage.

Whip's skid steering can perform neutral steers, but only if you hold A or D at the same time as W or S. From a stop, this will not make it move much forwards or backwards, but will pivot the hull around.

No vanilla tank in SE would last long against another tank, or anything else for that matter. Small grid durability is terrible, plain and simple. Not much I can do to fix that.

This thing probably wouldn't last long against, for instance,
another tank. But you could probably kill little foot soldiers
or other players who aren't using vehicles with it pretty
easily with little damage to yourself. That is, IF the people
you're shooting at don't have a portable anti-tank gun or
an RPG launcher or bazooka or something like that. Then
you would REALLY be in trouble.....

i had the same issue with makeing my winstion tank i can take missle hits ok but anything more powerfull or use of lots of wepons take it out with no problem

@Sitx That analysis is totally true; I used a Star Wars A Wing someone made
for Space Engineers to blast one of these tanks and it was literally in pieces in
like, seconds.

This is the nature of small grid vehicles in the vanilla game. Balance for these exists only with weapons modded to be less powerful.

I'm playing Planet Nomads recently. PN is so peaceful with no big weapons. Really make me down. I dont like this.
But buildind still fun though.

Sitx- The fact of the matter is that you cannot build anything out of blocks in space engineers without making it armored.

Red- Yes, both weapons are bound to slots 1 and 2 of the toolbar.

TIE- I tried, but there were no guns that were short enough to fit inside the beginning of the "railgun" and also shot at a satisfactorily high velocity.

i was kind of shamemaslly promatoing my own tank there and yes it is named of good old churchill but still i love the turrtet on this thank and how il looks like a railgun over all you did a great job with it and has inspired me to work on some of my own tanks

Hey Maling, do you have programmable blocks enabled in your world? The tank comes with the parking brake on, but the turret should work as soon as you get in the cockpit, unless scripts are disabled.
