I didn't test it properly... it's (should) be good now.

Not sure if there was a recent game update, but the clock doesn't display for me any more. Was working after the fix you did to fix the 12 hour time format, but disappeared some time after. If I turn on the background I see a thin box about the height of the clock and probably 10 pixels wide, that displays a Real Time Clock pop up on mouse over. Looks like the clock is there but the width is reduced to a point where it isn't visible. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and also tried the version from the Paradox Mod Manager with the same result.

When this mod is set to 12 hour, it runs from negative 12:00 to positive 11:59, rather than the expected 00:01->12:00->11:59. Is that intended due to your local time format or is that a bug?

Просто мод на часы из Windows. Лучше бы игровое время он показывал, а не реальное - чтобы можно было понять, когда наступит ночь например. Мне не понравился мод.
