Hello @Goeffrey7000! Sorry but I don't think I can help you with that. If you have a steam version of the game all you have to do is subscribe to this mod and enable it in your mod manager in-game.
Hello @MaxFX! So sorry for the late reply, I had to be away for a while. I'm really glad you find my tiny canal network useful! Sadly I don't think I will make a detailed, dutch canal network but If you are interested in my personal method, I like to use retaining wall networks for decorated canals as seen in my other mod : "Canal Basin and Walls".
In which folder?
Lately I'm trying to create the perfect city grid. As far as that's possible... One of the aspects of this grid is a high land value. This is where I use your asset for. When the canals are filled with water to the correct height it creates 16 cells (128 meters) of increased land value on both sides!
Using Quays in a grid is starting to annoy me because of the constant terrain height adjustments I have to do. Using your asset is like... 199.400 times easier!
The only thing I would like to change is their appearence.
I'm a complete numbskull when it comes to asset creation. But if it's relatively easy for you to do, would you be open to the creation of exactly the same asset, but one that looks more like the 'Dutch Canals' asset?
I've already tried the 'Dutch Canals'. They look great, but lack the desired dimensions and they do not raise the land value as much as your asset.
The Tiny Canal Network is enabled and existing and my city population so far is around 20 000. But still the Canal network cannot be found :(
-Does the Tiny Canals Network appears in the list of your subscribed assets under the Content Manager / Assets in the main menu? And if it does, is it Enabled?
-Most Canal networks are only unlocked after a certain population ("Tiny Town" numbers can differ by map) has your city reached that population yet?
Hope that helps!
