Author of OneShot intentionally left Niko's gender unspecified so that you could interpret it anyway you like. Note that "he" is also a gender neutral term in latin derived languages.

(reply to below) Ah, my sincerest apologies. It seems that the map that I was on had the hands BEHIND THE CHARACTER, meaning the map was broken, not the PM.
False alarm, good PM btw. c_hands or not.
