Weird visual glitch on multiplayer where it seemingly shoots with infinite speed but only for the eyes of the other player

The infinity seems to have stopped working for me and I have to reload after each shot but strangely enough when I used it earlier in this playthrough it worked correctly

Gonna say right now, looks gorgeous. And I understand the aesthetic. But why do I have to reload after every shot with the infinity? I want to actually use this gun.
