For those asking what blood addon the creator used, I'm thinking it's the addon, "4K Blood". It looks quite similar, so that may be it but I'm not 100% sure, okay? I hope this helped! :)

typically for most sound addons to work you have to relaunch the game after adding it, or the sounds will be VERY distorted. same goes if you uninstall the addon, by the way i love the ragdoll speed sound its very nice!
