When you are building walls and gates, you place items into the inventory of the fence posts. Sorry, not sure what to call it it. Anyway, As the person who built it I have access to that GUI. Is there a way you could add a Lock/Unlock to this as a back up when the code lock GUI will not appear? I have had to have admins come to my base several times because I can't get out. We think it has to do with having too many code locks in close proximity.

I have run into an issue. If you have several doors or items nearby, some interactions zones do not work. This may be base game issue. Is it possible to ad a Lock/unlock feature to the item's inventory as in most cases it can be accessed if you are on the correct side?

Some people are judging work of other, if your not happy with what people give to you FOR FREE, you can make your own mod, btw, some people can DMCA cause your copying pasta, and don't use your IP. Many of haters on steam can't even do 5% of what modder actually create, stop being a douch. ;)

@Room Service your code lock mod has 6 digits where you can use also letters and its case sensitive :D so good luck with brute forceing it, he will be shot in the head 10 times before he opens the gate/tent

@Nica, you do realize that the passcode is a 6 digit string, right? If you want to sit there and brute force all of the combos, be my guest. Also, I have a working version of the mod with a lockout timer, so I could just add that if people want to be jackasses. Also, some credits for your ActionFastUnlockCodeLock action would be nice, since it's my action with 3 different lines. But nice work nonetheless

It only work for the lock of Code Lock, the mod was not designed for vanilla locks, sorry!

Because you think Code Lock protects against brute force? With any third-party software to create macros that spam your keyboard you can bruteforce any code. Stop saying bullshit, your trash.

That still doesnt prevent brute forcing. You will just try again and again until it unlocks. Or have you prevented people from dialing in a password again? What if they misstype it? That's crap tbh

To start, I invite you to watch the video and read the description of the mod. Second, the variable is registered on the user side even if the password is good or bad. The registered code, if the user uses the "Fast Access" action, he will use the last code used on the door, and on all other doors. So the person can't be brute-force strictly speaking.
