Oats seem kind of OP, they have 7 days growing period and yield of 24, compare that to corn with 12 days growing period and yield of 22. I like the mod very much, but I think oats should have growing time more in line with corn.

Fresh install, the oats give 0.05 nutrition but the recipe requires 2, meaning I use 40 oats to make a single oatmeal. Is that intended?

Oh and I'd probably also set the Berry Oatmeal recipe to require Oats instead of premade Oatmeal, so that the cook doesn't need to cook meals twice, but that's up to you.

Hi, enjoying your mod, love the texture of the oats and oat plant. I do have some suggestions:

1). Make Ferment Oat recipe take 25 oats and create 5 Wort, to allow fermenting in fermentation barrels, instead of being able to produce beer directly from the oats.

(This is the vanilla recipe for Wort: 25 Hops = 5 Wort.)

In addition, reduce the work needed to much lower, I believe the wiki says vanilla is only like 18 or something, since most of the time is just waiting for the wort to ferment instead of requiring a long crafting time from the pawn.

2). The berry oatmeal still requires quite a few berries, and oatmeal for that matter, remember that the recipe for meals is listed as Nutrition, so when you list 4 berries, you're telling the game to use 4 nutrition worth of berries, and 1 worth of oatmeal.

The vanilla nutrition cost of a fine meal is 0.25 of a meat and vegetable, I'd set your oatmeal to cost the same or similar.

That and perhaps add a small mood boost for consuming it. It sports the same nutrition value as a lavish meal so it could have a separate but equal mood boost as that.

Just made a bowl of oatmeal and berries and saw my cook shoving two hundred berries into a bowl of cooked oatmeal to make it. All I could think was, "Damn, have some oatmeal with those berries why don't you?"

How would I go about adding the oats to the gloomy furniture's stove?
