Probably not

Excuse me, can this MOD be used in version 3.0?
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 9 Mar, 2021 @ 6:22pm
Thats what I have been doing too tbh
Kyrie 9 Mar, 2021 @ 4:46pm
Thanks for the offer but I don't actually know how to code from the ground up, just make jurry-rigged patches and 2.9 will probably screw up a lot of things I have no knowledge about
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 9 Mar, 2021 @ 2:47pm
You're welcome to take this over if you want, I use neither of the mods anymore.
Kyrie 9 Mar, 2021 @ 11:55am
Starnet works by modifying vanilla building AI weighs so the AI prioritize better, but Ethics and Civics also touches a lot of those with the new civics. Because ethics loads after, some Starnet weighs will be lost and with that some of the efficiency. This mod doesn't cover the buildings, so something should be done about that. I'm working on my own version but it'll integrate Building Adjustments too
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 9 Mar, 2021 @ 8:06am
I changed the modifier factor for AIs to 0.01 as per the Starnet AI mod
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 9 Mar, 2021 @ 7:56am
Let me look into that
Kyrie 9 Mar, 2021 @ 7:24am
It's because commercial zones are inefficient at the start and the AI is coded to play like a micro tryhard
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 27 Jan, 2021 @ 10:00pm
@Romanophile I don't really even use these two mods anymore, and I am completely unsure why they remove it. If anyone would like to provide me a fix you can message that you added me in these comments and add me as a friend on Steam.
Willowphile 27 Jan, 2021 @ 9:05pm
@thakyZ the AI still deletes its commercial centre building at the start of the game.
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 14 Nov, 2020 @ 2:22pm
Okay this has been updated
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 14 Nov, 2020 @ 1:56pm
Sorry for some reason I got unsubscribed from this thread
Eternum 14 Nov, 2020 @ 7:22am

Eternum 14 Nov, 2020 @ 5:51am
this patch removes the necrophage origin from the creation menu
Quasar Queso 8 Nov, 2020 @ 9:45pm
Is this working in 2.8? thankyou
Narberal Gamma 18 Sep, 2020 @ 6:20am
I installed this patches, but the ii starnet continues to break (and not rebuild them) buildings for the production of tms, commercial zones, and bureaucratic buildings
forerunner398 24 Jul, 2020 @ 4:29am
Hey, is the mod incompatible with only with the PD Habitat mod, or all of Planetary Diversity? What are the incompatibility issues in general?
Dimonius 1 Jul, 2020 @ 2:48am
thakyZ, k. Thank you anyway for this great job. We just now use load order without this mod, probably it's not good for AI, but game work fine with all this mods, hope probably anyone make compability patch in futury)
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 30 Jun, 2020 @ 7:03pm
Yea there is an issue with this those four mods together you'd probably need a mod for the three mods minus my patch because of it. I don't really play much of Stellaris at the moment so I don't really want to make a whole new mod, but I am always willing to update this one and the two other variants.
Dimonius 30 Jun, 2020 @ 12:05pm
Hi, i have a problem when try play together Ethics and Civics Alternative, StarNet and PlanetDiversity, When i try all mods together (most important - PD Planet Habitats) - dictrics broken on Planet Hab - all have dublicate of "town dictrics", thay have planet and hab dictrics same type, can u fix it, bec i totaly love play this mods together, but can't do it by myself (
*Sorry for mistakes, it's not my first language
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 4 Jun, 2020 @ 4:05pm
No problem.
Bernos 4 Jun, 2020 @ 4:04pm
Big thanks!
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 2 Jun, 2020 @ 11:26am
Okay it has been updated
Bernos 31 May, 2020 @ 6:46pm
Woudl love an update if possible
明明灭灭 15 May, 2020 @ 8:16am
Will this mod be updated?
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 12 Apr, 2020 @ 7:47am
Because some of the mods I use don't have support for StarNet AI at all, and there is no patch for them, and I don't personally feel like making a patch for them.
Figaround 12 Apr, 2020 @ 1:11am
Why aren't you using StarNet AI anymore?
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 11 Apr, 2020 @ 6:04pm
I'll go ahead and update it. I don't particularly use StarNet AI anymore, so I don't follow updates too closely. But I will be glad to update the mod if need be. And letting me know would be a very big help.
Seraphrim 11 Apr, 2020 @ 2:28pm
Also I dont thin this mod is the issue in you mod order. I update the patch myself and still expierence the glitch.
Seraphrim 11 Apr, 2020 @ 2:01pm
@jj212443 this patch needs to be updated. Gonna have to wait until then.
The_Inquisitor 10 Apr, 2020 @ 2:02pm
I've tried every patch and mod list arrangement and I cannot get the district glitch to stop. Is there anything I'm doing wrong (I have no other mods affecting districts I've tried loading only the these mods and patches) or Is the fix for this glitch not out yet.
Fizix 5 Apr, 2020 @ 3:46pm
@Toasty Isabrotr

That actually fixed my issues. I was trying to get this to work with a different patch and didn't realize the backup files were applying even though the file names were different.

https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1808026796&searchtext=civic+alternative+more+events+starnet

The patch I linked above works with this one. Check comments for load order.
tScar 30 Mar, 2020 @ 8:48pm
Yeah after looking at all 3 patches (MEM-PD, SAI-MEM-PD, and this one), MEM-PD is redundant, but SAI-MEM-PD and this one need to be merged in order to function properly. Tried doing it myself but it's above me. For what it's worth, the game is stable with only the SAI-MEM-PD patch, but at the cost of civic based modifiers for different districts. I'm about 60 years into a game with no real problems.
Toasty Isabrotr 30 Mar, 2020 @ 8:36pm
You've left some backup files in. That messed things up as they partially override your changes, other district files somewhere else in the load order, etc.
Fizix 30 Mar, 2020 @ 8:35pm
@thakyZ @tScar

I currently use the Starnet + Planetary Diversity + More Events patch. I want to use Ethics and Civics as well but the 3 combined will need a patch to work for starnet I think.

common\districts\00_urban_districts.txt
common\districts\02_rural_districts.txt

The above are the 2 files that are in conflict between the two patches. Simply overwriting the files may break something.
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 30 Mar, 2020 @ 12:32pm
Well if anything load my patch before those so that it gets overridden. Honestly I don't think my patch is very well made and I don't think it will cause the game to work 100%. But see if you disable my patch and leave those ones enabled, if it works. I do want to note though, you're not spamming, it is completely alright for sending multiple comments.
tScar 30 Mar, 2020 @ 11:10am
Sorry for the spam but I've also found out that disabling MEM - PD Compatibility patch also fixes the issue (with the other patch I mentioned enabled as well). The MEM - PD patch only replaces a district file, so from my understanding it's redundant when using this patch. Could be wrong though
tScar 30 Mar, 2020 @ 10:58am
@thakyZ Thank you, I messed around a little bit myself and found that disabling:
!(Patch): Starnet AI - Planetary Diversity - More Events Mod Compatibility Patch
Fixes the issue. But now I'm not sure which one to leave enabled..
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 30 Mar, 2020 @ 10:45am
@tScar I will look into this now.
tScar 30 Mar, 2020 @ 10:09am
For some reason when activating this mod, districts get all messed up. Any idea what could cause this? https://imgur.com/a/80QKD5g
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 29 Mar, 2020 @ 8:16am
Oh nevermind these two are updated I will go and update them right now.
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 29 Mar, 2020 @ 8:15am
I will try to update it yes, but I don't know when either of the two base mods will be updated.
joakim.westergaard 29 Mar, 2020 @ 7:41am
Will the mod be updated to v. 2.6?
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 24 Oct, 2019 @ 7:53am

Neko Boi Nick  [author] 26 Sep, 2019 @ 11:57am
Also, @Herr Maledictus Made can you try to see if it changes the civics to the older ones still or not?
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 26 Sep, 2019 @ 11:53am
@K/DA ShariganGurl69 I have updated the mod
Neko Boi Nick  [author] 26 Sep, 2019 @ 11:38am
@K/DA ShariganGurl69 Yea I can updated the mod
@Herr Maledictus Made, good and bad to hear, let me look into the issue.
ShinyNobody 26 Sep, 2019 @ 10:03am
