Could you also add ThunderFury that would be awesome, and idk if it would be possible to make it so you can have it cast chain lightning on hit but make it a 10% chance or 30% and it could vary from like lvl 1 tier 1 chain lightning to tier 3 chain lightning

all items cam be spawned, they just have different names in editor from the ones in game, so you wouldn't cheat :) More weapons will be added as soon as i grab some time...its the end of the semester and im super busy.

Half of the items dont work, like ITEM AlianceAxe, ChaosAxe, Gorehowl and so on.... Can not be spawned at all, its like they dont exist, TheLever123 can be spawned... So something is wrong...

Damn I should have been faster. I was thinking of creating something similar, I had already imported the items I just didn't know how to make them drop. Good job though.

for armor, don't you just need to take over the pivot points and thats it! you don't have to animate it yourself, just rig the bone

Does anyone else have problem with crashing? I have never encountered any bug or crash my self...

My game wont load with this mod, it continues to crash everytime i try.

I used tutorial that Nutero posted, it is quite easy when you figure out how things work, but so far i didnt manage to make animations work...im not that good with 3D Max... I really hope blizzard dont mind, and i hope they wont take mod down...all credit is theirs all i did is put their art into other game :) I like to think that items are balanced, i mirrored existing ones and just tweaked them around same power level. The names are totally out of my head, except 4 legendary that are directly from WoW lore.

there was a great mod for TL1 which did exactly the same thing. it was taken from Runics Forum and RGF to download because of, i don't remember... guilt? i don't think blizz, but i can't remember. the guy managed to convert complete armor sets..

I find it quite convenient to add models from wow to torchlight cause they are pretty much the same style, it fits perfectly. I love both games and doing this is really the pleasure. I can only do weapons, im not sure how to model armors...for now. I have in plan do add the rest of weapon types...rifles, bows, wands etc. and after that one more set of every type. But it will have to wait cause my college started so i dont have that much time right now. But be patient because it will happen for sure :)

There are good tutorials on how to do this, its quite easy. As for the blizzard, i hope they dont mind, its just a mod and credit is all theirs :)

personally, i would really like to have skullflame shield :D

I really wish I had the skillset/tools/time/knowlege to do this stuff.
1) Everything blizzard made was plagurism to the nth degree from what i saw growing up.
2) you are making share ware, free ugc, nothing to persue you or get 'butt hurt' about for them then.
3) screw acti-blizz.
4) all you need to do is take any of thier item models and do something tiny and cosmetic and presto...no longer a direct rip off...straight out of thier own playbook on design.
5) dont worry, enjoy.

10 years of wow should make one great inspiration for weapon and armor models... hope blizzard doesn't mind.
