To be fair, this is quite an old mod, and has served its purpose well.
Back when I did make this mod, you couldn't buy them at all, at least to my memory.
So, I can confirm the mod still very much works, but I went ahead and updated it to match the game's version number to fix potential errors (I noticed inventory clipping when I tested).
If the mod continues to not work, there is likely a mod conflict, you're not looking hard enough, or you're at the wrong trader.
Tech Traders won't always have them, and I'll update the description to reflect that since I forgot that detail.
1. Make sure the Mod is loaded in the Mod Tab
2. Check to see if there's any incompatibility issues such as Total Conversion mods conflicting with it or other mods that do the same thing
3. Please import your save file to force update the game world, otherwise it will take time for the Research to show up in the Traders.
