Yes, this road has clipping issues because of the sizing. It says that in the description. If you turn it into a vanilla gravel road on a straight segment before intersecting other roads it will not have the glitch.

Unfortunately the texture size is pretty low as it stands. I think the issue is that most roads use theme textures for pavement, whereas this one uses a completely custom texture.

Looks good but 32mb for one road seems a bit extreme! maybe reduce the texture quality a bit?

You can use Move It to position buildings next to the road. This road is half the width of the one from Network Extensions.

bummer that you cannot zone right next to the road. I really miss a narrow gravel road that i can zone next too like the asphalt neighborhood roads from Network extentions 2.

Thanks for the tip @mr_sami1001YT but I've got NEXT2, the roads aren't as small as this one tho, i need something i can use as a rear alley that are used as access to the back of the properties which are common to UK cities, everything in game or on the workshop are far too big or have decorations apart from this beaut, so still need an asphalt and gravel if you could please :)

@CyberVibes you can already download some narrow asphalt roads like this, the best thing i recommend is network extentions 2, it comes with lots of small roads

This is what my saves have been missing :) any chance you could some asphalt ones?
