You're welcome, and thanks for the heads up on the drive-thru marking. And for what it's worth, I agree about assets without parking or a lot of props. Usually the "naked" assets are best, at least for me, as someone who details a lot and always builds my own custom parking around every asset.

Well I know you do realistic stuff for the most part but I really love the Cluckin Bell asset from Grand Theft Auto and would love one of those tall signs for it. Oh I know you won't release the parking/landscaping with the building I was just wondering what you used and how you did cause I'm not good at detailing.

@ kylelowen18 I most likely won't add parking or landscaping to my building just because it personally find it limiting for my cities and find it more enjoyable to add my own. Most of detailing I do also require other assets on the workshop so it be complicated to release assets with them in it. On another note, I would be more than happy to hear your request, I'm always open to hearing ideas and expanding my to-do list.

Oh, also I forgot to mention some custom line and ground marking assets. I'm not sure exactly where the "drive-thru" marking comes from but I'm almost positive it's on the workshop.

@kylelowen18 He uses parking lot roads, along with some curb props to modify the angles the parking lot roads create. This one in particular is creative and really well done. Really adds a lot to the asset. It also seems like he has some kind of custom map theme to change the color of ruined ground so it blends the grass and the edge of the parking lot roads a lot better than the default map theme.

Hi wonderful asset by the way I really love your offramp businesses. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but what do you use to make parking for these and the gas stations? Also do you take requests?

I'm surprised to learn that Carl's Jr. exists throughout western Canada and as far north as Grande Prairie, AB.
