Okay, solution found...if you lost your enhanced inventory (while using the mod), respawn and the 60k inventory should reappear.

Likewise issues with the mod, I had a 60k inventory, but after I loaded some new cockpit mods, the limit went down to 4k. I tried unloading all my mods, then re-adding them minus the new-ish mods...no luck, the inventory stays at 4k. And yes, I tried a new game (as suggested) with your mod and the 60k inventory was present. So something went SPRONG and that was that...

Try create a new game as follows:
New Game
"No" to Quick start,
Sandbox -> customize, you can keep Survival.
Then click Choose Mods
Add Player Inventory Size x15 mod
In Advanced - change the base inventory to x10 (without that you'll get only 18k L)
Start
Press 'I' and you'll see 60k L

i had re spawned and still only had 4000 inventory

Have you tried to do respawn with it? It still works for me fine (with 35 other mods) Actually checked the structure and nothing changed in the base game in that regard...

worked for me had to respawn a few times. worked on alien planet. had my inventory already turned up all the way from 4k then respawned and it was 60k

Wasn't able to get it to work. Closed and re-opened the game. Confirmed mod is indeed loaded for the game. Still 4,000L. Any suggestions of other things to check.

I only have one other mod running (enhanced ore scanner range).

THANK YOU!!!! Works great! I like to play survival and do the work but it's such a pain sometimes.

Need to check it out, but it was always that we(modders) had to take whole original sbc and put it into mod, even when the target was to change just a single value.

How can we increase the inventory size if the Character.sbc is being used by other heavy mods? I mean the mods that use that file are overhauls and heavy mods and cannot be dismissed. Is there any way to alter inventory or the mod will always rewrite the values each time upon validating mods before loading a save?

Yea that's right! Its bad that modder HAVE to copy whole block not just few lines.

also, just in case someone has the same issue, if you have any mods that alter your character appearance the size increase wont work. It only works on the default Engineer char model.

My bad buddy, the respawning didnt fix it, had to make a whole new save for it to work.

@Nico It does work for me - just tested. It adds x15 to whatever you set the game's modifier.

Isn't there an in-built player inventory modifier, now separated from the block inventory modifier?
Or is this on a scale that it doesn't allow?
