Upon uninstall, the metro police are invisible & will drop your frames from hundreds to single digits just even for one being spawned in. I copied the error codes:

CMaterial::PrecacheVars: error loading vmt file for tlsaudrl2548/bf3/rusmp/rus_sniper_gear_diffuse

CMaterial::DrawElements: No bound shader


these repeat endlessly in console until all metropolice are despawned

metro police t-pose for me when they have pistol or stunstick

For some reason the combine soldiers didn't change. But the prison guards did work.

Any voice replacement coming?

Perhaps you have other replacements of combine soldiers. Try to remove them.
Or addon just off.
