I've noted recently that the lines are no longer drawn in the relations wheel, even when they should, maybe some Civ 5 update messed something up. Anyone else with the same problem?

I'm not sure how accurate that is, I accidentally forgot to enable it when starting a game and when I added it after the fact and loading the save it crashed on the load screen. That was the only change I had made, and when I disabled it the save loaded fine. It ought to be fine and I'm not sure why it didn't work, I haven't got any other mods on that affect the same stuff and I've used this mod in fresh games with the same mods I'm currently using before - so I know there's no conflicts there.

@Goma, when using mods it's recommended to return to main menu, reload mods and then load game.

after some searching, I found out:
When you're on the mod menu and checking your mods, are you backing out to the main menu and starting your game from there? If so, that's probably your problem. From the mod menu, click the button at the bottom right (I think it says Load Mods or something), it'll load for a couple seconds, then bring you to a menu that says "Mods" at the top and has only Single Player as an option with a list of whatever mods you just selected. From here set-up your game and everything should work fine.

GR loads and works fine but the problem is when exiting out of the game or reloading a game. It has a similar quirk I used to experience with old version of IA that was fixed with their EUI patch.

@musante: you mean EUI has a newer version that has incompatibilities with GR/IA? Because the last time played Civ 5, a few weeks ago, both worked perfectly well together...

Could this be updated? There is a fix "Info Addict compatibility file for EUI 2016-10-05". I don't know how to merge this onto global relations. It will fix the crashes when you exit to main menu or exit to desktop.

I think I have to ad +1 to @sw, there seems to be some problem with this mod.

Don't know about breaking saves, but sometimes visually the city-states screen breaks. Last time it happen after I've conquered a city-state.

Maybe it's some mod conflict, I use a lot of them, but other ones should affect completely different parts of the game.

22 civs is the hardcoded limit for the wheel, more than that and the wheel becomes a huge mess... robk had that right. Any of those 22 if custom civs should be OK with the mod.
Oops, ignore my first question. Just want to know if it works with custom civs. Thanks.
Does this work with over 22 civs and custom civs? InfoAddict doesn't like showing me the custom civs in the Global Relations screen and it's not being updated anymore.

"... but you can start looking at mod conflicts" This I did to find the problem for the crashes. Every new game I did not use an other MOD and as I did not use GR I had no problems. I don't know what I can do more.

@SW, hard to say from a distance, but you can start looking at mod conflicts. GR does not have any code that affects gameplay nor savegames (IA does), so there is no way this mod can possibly make your game crash (unless you have an outdated civ version, which you wouldn't as you are here in Steam commenting).

If it is based on InfoAddict - so only a reduced InfoAddict - I don't understand the problem. Becouse know I use InfoAddict again and have no crashes

It needs much time to find that this MOD is the reason for my crashes. If I was playing and decided to load a former round it crashed and I had to start Civilizations again.

Hi Aristos, I updated Global Relation again! There were still some double entries in the translation of French and Spanish. I guess that my work at my Terrain Texture Pack caused a reload of the original Global Relation mod. At least the database.log had nothing to complain about.

Yes La Mannschaft / Die Mannschaft had a very unlucky match in my opinion. It somehow looked to me that a third party tried to enforce a win for the French soccer team.. but that's only my point of view. However since the World Championship in Brazil, I was not very interested in seeing my Mannschaft again ^^

Hey Erik, thanks, I will try and find some time to update the mod. It's still running fine with almost everything (I run it with Vox Populi now without any issue), so it's a little harder to find the time and incentive to upgrade.

What happened with Die Manshaft? Jesus Christ, it was like seeing children play for the first time...

Hey Aristos, I updated the German translation, so it is up to date. I also found some errors in the French and Spanish translation. There where some columns twice. Would be nice to see my changes in a new version :)

Enjoying this mod. Ran into an issue, though. When Isabella denounced me I clicked on the "Global Relations" button and got stuck. Every time I clicked "Very well" it brings up a menu of players, and clicking them doesn't do anything . Choosing "you'll pay for this in time" doesn't do anything. So, I cannot exit the screen and had to force-quit. I am not sure if this always happens when you enter the screen during being denounced or not, but it certainly did a moment ago.

yes, as a mod, unfortunately it blocks achievements, even if it does not change gameplay.

Some consider IA cheating as it shows information often not visible.

Also, if would be great if you could update the Trading Opportunities window to include the Cocoa resource. It's under "other" resources, but ATM you have to mouse over each civ to see if they have it, and you don't get the easy overview from the red/green numbers that you do with other resources.

@JDIF, I have checked the code in the dll, and NO, the AI sees exactly the same "value" produced by the formula that translates into the wording of the military advisor. AI does not see any other value. That is why I used the exact same formula from the dll and similar words (Strong, Powerful, etc) to show relative military strengths in the relations wheel.

Glad you brought this example up, as it is one of the prime examples of why IA is a cheat for many of us.

Well AI gets to see how powerful your military is and happiness. It's not really fair that you can't see that stuff when the AI can.

Honestly, I did not pay any attention to MP, as this was intended for SP. On the other hand, if Infoaddict has been made MP-compat, I would look into their code and compare the common components with Notepad++... you may find the solution that way.

Hi, I love your mod, but I'm having some stability issues when I include it in a Modpack-'DLC' (using MPMPM - Multiplayer Mod DLC-hack).
I don't have issues with code, but don't know where to look. Often the multiplayer issues come from sync-issues (eg different outcomes for different players when there's a random number generator).
Any idea where to look to improve stability?
