finally got the tainted/birthright update done (more or less), hopefully it doesn't mess with AB+ users too much

the co-op boss rooms part is disabled if Repentance is detected since repentance already does its own thing with boss items by default, but I should still add an option to disable both those mods, will update

@☢ Nato Potato ☢ is there an option to disable True Co-Op Item Rooms & True Co-Op Boss Rooms? I haven't used this mod in a while, and I sometimes prefer the built-in Co-Op Item Pedestal mechanics in Repentance, depending on who I'm playing with. Great mod as always!

I was super confused after downloading this that I couldnt play with a friend since it moved on its own, only to realize its because of AIsaac. Since Coop is a more prominent part now, and people probably download this more because of the characters, I would suggest disabling AIsaac by default, and players that know about it and want to play it can enable it themselves. Will probably avoid the confusion for others.

need a controller plugged in, just start a game with the keyboard and then once the game is going with player1 on keyboard press start on the controller to add player 2
