If you like the idea, I recommend downloading it, popping the hood, and seeing if you can figure it out. Kenshi modding is pretty simple, just a little obtuse.
If anyone want's to take this and update it and reupload it with fixes, I'm fine with it. Just credit the base mod.
the smuggling incorporated's vendor never refreshed its cats
Also, is it possible you're just missing them? Sometimes they spawn outside and take a while to walk to the local bar. Additionally, in cities with more than 1 bar, they might just end up in a different one.
The system is a damn mess. The reason they spawn with a metric ton of bloodrum is because vendor cats is somehow a function of the value of the the vendor's shop list. What the function/conversion of shop list value -> vendor cats is, I have no clue. I just spawned them with a ton of a few items.
Also, pro noob tip. Add a sword to the next vendor you make. That marks them as a weapons vendor, which spawns them with a TON more cats. I originally did that for this mod, and I think they spawned with 20k.
