FOUND IT! Thanks! also are you familiar with class mods? I have a pretty big class mod that I want to make 100% indepent but I have no idea how to do so...

It was in the original game because they would keep moving when you took 1 action, so it was to alleviate this. My mod removes that and puts them on 3 Action Points so stunning a ruler practically disables them for the entire round.

Also, keep in mind you're absolutely not required to sub to this mod.

Why is stun on this list when the bolt casters primary reason is stunnning rulers. that makes no sense

If they are the same rulers, it works. If they are new rulers not

Has this been tested with other mods like Upgraded Rulers?
