OK, the reason I was confused was because they both have "Resource Capacity" and "Resource Consumption" in the asset editor. This is technically the Geothermal one, as it produces the 80 MW of heating. I'll update the description. I've watched it in a test game for about 45 minutes now and there are no deliveries to it but there are for the Boiler Station. Thanks for pointing that out @aubergine18!

Geothermal doesn't need fuel deliveries, as it uses geothermal to heat water.

Boiler station needs the fuel deliveries, as it burns fuel to heat water.
