Killa.. No threats to sue were ever made at the time of the idiot wasting much of my time, and over something that was (WIP). You are clearly misinformed. The only subsequent threats to sue were for publishing material he had not authored I.e the models sent to him in good faith, likewise you. But I am repeating myself, as that what I said in a previous post. However, you know that. It matters not whether the defendant is a minor or an adult of fifty. Why should a minor be immune from prosecution? Liability of a minor passes onto the parent or guardian. Next you'll be telling me that all of those scooter killings in London committed by minor's are immune from prosecution. Yeah right! Hmm you need to read his messages to me re his usurping me on a project. I think you'll have a different view. And Pdguru... A discord server is not an organised group out to get you, we haven't been threatening or harassing you. We've been trying to tell you how you are habitually breaching copyrights by constantly re-uploading other people's work without permission but you just won't listen to us and instead decide to wave around the victim card under some extremely deluded belief that we've been bullying you. We offered several times to help teach you how to reference other mods, we offered to contact the original authors for you, but you snubbed every attempt to help you and instead act like an arrogant child.

Cibaris - should you need information for action against this group regarding their threats and abusive behavior, let me know.

CW315 has turned out to be one of the most pernicious persons I have ever encountered. At some point I will publish his emails he sent and the subsequent replies I made. He knowingly wasted my time etc. He was of course thrown out if the modding community. I have warned that him if breaches any copyrights, legal action will be taken immediately. However I have his real name which turned out to be extremely fortuitous. As a non practising lawyer, I have plenty of colleagues to assist in ensuring the law is upheld. Anorak Arrogance personified.

Seems he’s not impressed with this model and advised me he is on a team making a better one - so doesn’t know why I’d want to port it. That group is very threatening and aggressive, so I’ll not bother. Thanks again for responding.
