mod does not load in mod pack

can you make the pets "thing on the left" (where its has its icon and you can click it to go to its inventory) yeah haha could oyu make that go on the top of the screen? so next to the first pet on the right of it. So that in MP it doesnt get blocked by the player playing with you. (the player blocks the pets thing) thanks!

Hey man! I know its been so long but I came back to TL2 modding and I finally had a looked at of your pet shop mod, it was my last mod to subscribe to but never managed to try it. But the moment I saw this again, ideas opened up for a new pet mod. Just want to say, you are an amazing modder and thank you for your works!

that would truly be awesome. It would bring a little dungeon siege into the game which I do love as well. Love the concept and work btw.

In concept, I could merge the two ideas and allow you to have a party. I plan on doing a merc guild that does just that. This is delayed due to me working on a bestiary mod which has come quite far. But that has taken the last month and a half of my modding time.

LOL... Well Thadian I tested it and it killed my Human Follower Perma LOL... Glad I tested it on a new character. Still very cool having x1 Human Follower and then 3 other pets had a blast while it lasted. Would be nice if they werent hardcore though.

I like the idea of multiple pets... Like Thadian said below I wonder if this can be merged with Human Followers Mod.

Human Followers mod gives you human pets, which can wear most equipment. They don't "count" as a member of their Class (an embermage can't wear unique embermage stuff) and they have a hard time equiping most things because of level/stat dependency (but they can be equiped sufficiently), however collar and tags instead of rings and amulet.

Will your mod be compatible with Human Followers, and retain their stuff? If I wanted to merge them to save space, which mod would I use as my "base" to merge others into?

I keep losing my gear on my extra pets after exiting my game. Main pet keeps everything though.

No hurries :) I might go singleplayer soon with a new char, where I might use flagged mods on that specific character. Will my other lvl 100 char be flagged when using mods on another character? I want to keep this one char for multiplayer and use mods to have fun on singleplayer chars.

It is possible, but it will likely wait for my mercenaries guild, which will do what this does with humans and more.

Right now I am working on Achievements, so, it won't happen for a while.

If possible can you make it so you can buy a human pet? because i have the mod that converts pets to human and i would just prefer seeing them then pets.

Could be possible, like the added necklace & ringslots part is certainly flagged. But wouldn't that be much work to make a lite version? Chaotic work?

adjusting the render image's camera viewpoint is key for my inventory overhaul with additional amulet and rings for the player, as well as a belt next to the collar/tags, amulet/rings for the pet (as your mod provides, like many others). make sure you don't touch the original pet inventory layout. so there won't be any conflicts with those, or mine. like "Complete Fish and Pet Overhaul" etc.

this emulated room within the players inventory... any idea how to change the camera distance? so the extra slots for another amulet and more rings fit in nicely?

I prefer if you don't steal it and require it as a prerequisite for your mod. Since these are UI files, you can make some changes and still use the skeleton of my mod with your mod loaded after.

It is possible, but there are some issues. First, each added pet adds a lot of configuration (mostly for dismiss). So, while I could add in new pets to be purchased, I'd rather have any other pets than the base ones drop as rares out in the wild. In addition, I'd like to set up a holding pen somewhere, where your dismissed pets can go and retire in style (but that is probably a ways off).

any chance for different pet vendors in different towns with a different setting? like one sells small automatons, like mortars and heal bot etc, one sells undead pets etc..

Thanks for the response. I'll check on GUTS and try to work my way around it. And yes, that is unfortunate, item compare is part of the system that seems impossible to work around. Feel free to use anything you can find on my mods.

It's funny, I was just working through your mod to see if I could fix the duplicate item compare issue. It actually may not be fixable, but it can be turned off.

I was going to ask for your permission to use the Guts...no pun intended...of your mod for my merc guild mod. I do use GUTS, and I'd certainly collaborate on a project. Yesterday I asked for any assistance on the Runic forums and got a tepid response. There are definitely limitations with Guts, but I enjoy trying to find a way around them. Glad you like it.

Awesome layout making skills! This mod is inspiring. I was thinking of incorporating your mod into mine for a new mod but Im really having a hard time working with GUTS interface. Are you using GUTS for layout editing? Because Im used to work on "TL2 Layout Editor" but that doesn't work anymore. Maybe you can lend me a hand or we could work together? I would really appreciate it and maybe I could help you too in return (although its obvious that you can do everything on your own).
