I added a little tutorial video. There are enough tutorials for After Effects about how to track cameras.

Would LOVE to see a tutorial on this. I've seen the blender 2.6 tracking tutorial and it explains the technique rather well. However, I want to see these put into action. SFM / Aftereffects combo. :)

I still don't get what this does, other then it's some tool that somehow helps you finalize your animations.
