If you want to totally defeat the AI by capturing all the points, that part is exceptionally difficult. Possible - I have done it - but very difficult.

Mhm. You absolutely have to use orders for your ai units to ensure a solid defense and assault. Right number of bots helps too - it's absolutely winnable though, and you can absolutely get thrashed too. It is a longer map though - which to be frank is what I wanted from it - large scale, you know? That being said I appreciate the criticism :)

cool map, just that the battle goes for longer than it should and even after I won I still had to go to each point recapturing it every single time and I found it difficult to keep a point

I win it plenty so it's definitely not impossible - what settings are you playing on maybe just try different things until you find the balance that suits you?

Really good map. Works well on my mid-end computer. Very dynamic and nice to look at. Lots of chaos -- Ravenfield-type chaos.

You are absolutely going to love what's on it's way... It's not a trench map in the way you are probably picturing it, but what I've been working on has turned into something I believe to be truly epic. I felt like the standard trench map has been done a few times now in the Ravenfield modding community, so I've tried to subvert that. Basically, new map coming soon, and be excited. Think Crysis...

We need a good solid trench war map !

Scrap yard is an interesting idea... I've been toying with a muddy trenchy wastelandy map idea for a little while now, if that might satisfy the itch? :) In regards to making a "potato" edition, my only worry is removing much needed cover from the map (crates, Rocks, trees) but there are certainly other small things I could do with a small tax on aesthetics... that being said, given what this map is, I did the best I could to optimise it compared to a map like Rooks Peak. Also, thanks for the comments and compliments guys :D

No can do - in order to playtest a map like that I'd need a much better PC - I'm sure you can manage though, the map editor is very simple :)
