This mod does not mess with turns per year, 1tpy is the default in the grand campaign, also there is more versions of this mod (2tpy & 4tpy)

Why does this mod need to mess with turns per year? Enough mods already do that, by adding it to this mod, you're just limiting what mods can be used with it, therefor limiting the amount of people who can actually enjoy your work.

You need to make your own image then add that image to your mod in the same directory location.

How did you change the mini-map for Carthage in the faction selection screen? I've been modding myself and changing region ownership but I can't figure out changing that map on the selection screen. Any help or pointers in the right direction would be appreciated!

All of that is moddable, yes. There are tutorials on various sites to help.

is there any way i can change the religion of the faction (like cyrenica from desert nomadic to greek) and even change the leader (from greak leader to eastern or the other way around) and the buildings (like to make the illyrian and roman have greek buildings)?

They are both startpos mods so sadly, no. If the author of the Roman families mod (a more complicated mod probably) wants to incorporate these changes, though, I would give permission.

This mod would be great but it conflicts with my Roman Families mod subscription. Would it be possible to make a version of this mod that has Carthage fully expanded and divides the Roman families into the Rome I houses? I would be very happy to see both of the mods in one because I have to unsubscribe to one to play the other (currently I am subscribed to this one).

Perhaps U can make a "Carthage Slightly Expanded" mod in wich Nova Carthago own the territories in Hispania (Historic) Look at the map here [wiki.totalwar.com], seems that CA initially did it; it would be nice if u add Thapsus too (seems it was a free city).
