I don't really see why it's doing that, as it doesn't affect any HUD features whatsoever, although L4D2 mods can be weird like that. It works fine with all of my HUD mods, so I'd assume it's something on the HUD creator's end.

As the description states, it's just this model without the sound mod people had a lot of issues with. It won't remove the standard AK-47 sounds, it just won't modify them like the other version.

Does it mean, no sound at all? not even a firing or clip-loading sound? Or just not the after-fire sound?

Odd... I don't see why this would not work with that mod.

Has it shown actual problems, or does it just say the two mods conflict in L4D2? Because if it just says they conflict, then ignore it, since this mod and that mod have nothing in common that would cause actual errors. L4D2 sometimes reads things as conflicts when they really aren't.

i used the sound that the guy made for this and it dose not sound like the assult rifle from combat evolved( dont they all sound the same?)

@ Sewer Hoovy: I apologize, as I said in the description, this is not my model. I'm responsible for nothing more than reskinning this mod. While I can do 3D modelling/animation, I know little about porting it to L4D2 and such, I also have no access to the models themselves, so I'd have no means of doing that.

However, if there is a gun you would like retextured, I might do it, but only if I have the free time to do so.

This is definitely a unique issue, I don't think I've heard of this before.

It's only been with this mod, i can include a video if you want, it's happened while i've been live streaming. But it was exclusive to the AK while this mod was turned on.

@ The Black Mask: That's... odd. There's no sound files included with this mod at all, you shouldn't be seeing problems like this.

Are you positive it's not being caused by another mod?

good skin but i've noticed a weird sound glitch that happens when using it. It ocassionally will copy a sound ffrom a horde or another big event and play that everytime you shoot it. It's hard to explain, but it made for some annoying gameplay, hopefully this can help you improve the mod

Hey I just though of a question that i think people will like. Can you make the choper that picks you in no mercy and dark carnival into falcons from halo reach and can you make the choper in the parish into the halo reach pelican? I would really like to see something like that.

Ah ok that makes sense so it's possible that the Game is just mis-reading something as the source engine generally does.

@ Blitz: L4D2's "confliction" indicator is not as reliable as some may think. I've had this mod read itself as conflicting with several of the mods I use as well. These are "false positives", this mod will not actually conflict with the charger mod at all, or for that matter, any mod that is NOT an AK model mod. Feel safe to use this mod with the I like trains mod, as it's not actually conflicting with it at all.

As for the reason these false positives exist? I am entirely unsure. There's nothing in the file that should be causing it at all.
