Are all the parking spots in the building fully functional? TM:PE with realistic parking on shows the building as red even though most of the parking spots appear to be empty.

@KingLeno you make really great assets, I use a couple of them. This one is also a great building to have in the city.

It is however missing the StoneBollard as @pokersmile says. Using the LSM, it points to Network Extensions 2 (another great mod, but had to unsubscribie from that one) and not to the Stone Bollards Prop Pack, the requirement for this asset. (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=852704772) .

Maybe you can add that missing bollard to this building, or use another one?

I snuck into this building multiple times. One of the coolest experiences I’ve had being on top of Memphis sadly there isn’t a way to sneak in

@doodwat and no to the parking parking garage, it's fully integrated with the building and the only parts that are a separate sub-building are the parking spaces. And it's not a great parking garage anyway, I didn't spend much time on the details of it since it's not the main focus of the building.

@hkcgalantfan001 head on over to the modtools page and ask there. This is normal for me, as it's been happening since I've been playing, however, on the comment it appears that it is supposed to dump normally.

Hey Kingleno, one more question. Mod Tools has inverted/reversed the textures on a new asset I am working on. However, when I went to look to see if the textures dumped the same way, they didn't. They are normal. How would I fix that?. Any ideas?.

@hkcgalantfan001 you just have to include a completely black color texture map for the lod, so the "file-name_lod_c" will just be a black image the same size as the rest of the lod maps.

Hey Kingleno, this is a great asset. Thank you!. Any chance you could release the parking garage as a standalone asset?. We're lacking good parking garages on the workshop. Also, and I know this is off topic, but how did you make it so an arena asset's LOD dose not change to the color of what you chose for the sports team, using the varsity stadiums template?. I am currently trying to convert some of the arenas on the workshop to such. Currently, the indoor arena BY Tomas 13TO is my most recent project. I got the model to not change color, but not the LOD. Could You Help?
