"Incompatible" means that Valve looked at it and banned it manually because they found it offensive. Kinda funny if you consider all the porn and literal offensive content in the workshop.

Valve said it didn't fit the Left 4 Dead artstyle back when the workshop was a new feature. But nowdays is kind of a joke concidering there is way worse in the workshop. Just take a look at all those anime and pedophilia that the workshop is filled with
