He used A Mosin Nagant Modifed to fire Tranquilizer Rounds with Pistol Grip and Skeleton Stock. I used that Rifle during Guns of the Patriots mission bought it from Drebin

Looks great, but a bit weird why a model for the other design of the TFC Sniper (the one with the camo outfit, for those that don't know) doesn't exist. Not that's the author's job here, I'm just saying.
