Sorry for the late response I have been working 10-14 hours shifts 7 days a week for the last 3 weeks.
I can get them from the devkit and post them.
As to BPs, there are a couple methods one is an over ride for treasure loot, the other is what I have been working on in my very limited spare time, and that is a custom ocean level that allows me to adjust just about anything including treasure/flotsam loot. Sadly using that would re-quire a wipe; which our server hates doing, so just tinkering with it atm. It's not this mod but would allow me to put my mods custom BPs in the loot table.
I'm eye deep in paper work atm but I will look towards the end of the week for your info.

Sorry for the late response was traveling a lot this week to pick up my son from Graduation for Basic.
We are also experimenting with the Build Bound Boxes and allowing players to build beyond the normal ship limits!
We should have Sail in very soon, and then you will want to add the Sail configs. (Copy/paste them into the Same file. I'll post the example settings when we update the Mod.
We do test extensively in the Devkit and a live DEV 2x2 Server.

I'm just about done with Config Files and hope to have them done today or tomorrow.
As soon as I'm done with that I will look into backup speed and then regeneration.
- increasing backup speed of all ships
- increasing repair/regeneration rates of all ships
I am editing the Mod today so I can make that change.
