Great mod!
Right now, though, it just doesn't work alongside the latest DLC, the one with the desert factions like Saba.
Would you please update it, so I don't have to choose between all the good in this mod and having those 4 factions?

This mod seems to bug the overview screen. The Imperium bar is messed up and even if you reach the requirements there are no negatives to getting higher imperium.

- Iberian culture now in (new campaign required to experience)

- Changed Historical culture of Spain to Iberian.

Great mod, it really helps to make the game more of a challenge. One issue, though, it seems like Carthage will always win the Punic War. Would be better, if the chances for victory for either side were near 50/50, or with a slight chance of a stalemate/no war between them.

You can get my build/research version from TWC, it doesnt have a startpos so it will work with this mod.

Update
- Used new method to make the mod, fixed various old issues.
- Greeks can now confederate if you use this mod with my Diplomatic mod.
- Faction intros are back for major factions.
- Old diplomatic actions for removed factions are gone.
- Odryssia and Lusitani now playable. Turdetani no longer playable.
- Moved/altered starting armies for Carthage, Seleucid, Egypt, Rome and Parthia.

Something is up with Carthage and this patch, trying to pin it down. Soon I am releasing a completely reworked Hegemonia so hopefully that fixes it.

I have an issue where I can't build any new buildings or upgrade my current buildings. I have only played as Carthage. I also never tried the mod until after the most recent patch today. Any suggestions?

Just a note, the victory conditions haven't been changed to the new patch 8 values, yet. But the mod does work.
