It's a weapon I made for Fallout 4. It's not implemented in this game of course not, It's layered in by photoshop to simulate the feeling of the game like Serious Sam. :coolsam:

Yeah... seems like nobody knows what ungodly thing that is making it look like a FPS game. Doesn't seem like the author of this wants to talk about it either.

But now, it NEEDS to be turned into a full-blown FPS mod for Cities Skylines... afterall, crazier things have happened. Shame we don't have that ***incredible*** SimCopter mod anymore. :(
