I have same question as McGibllers. Is there a way to disable infinite mind control or exclude this specific faction? Endless mind control is a bit over the top.

First, It was impossible to use a skull jack for LAZARUS'S WING.
this is because LAZARUS'S WING is not an advent officer or codex.
Second, So I used Skull Mining to LAZARUS'S WING.

If you want to use PROMETHEUS and Mercenary Plasma Mod together, move all text in ini file of 1892151420\Config\PROMETHEUS to Spectrum Advent WOTC mod and replace their weapons with regular ADVENT weapons. if you do it this way, it will work together. but the balance will not be nice.

This mod is a WOTC port of the enemies from the mod Spectrum Green. Which is from what I can tell, an absolutely merciless, sweeping overhaul of the (vanilla) game. It adds several new 'factions' of ADVENT with their own unique traits, combat styles and weaponry. Aegis for instance are paladin types with shields and defensive maneuvers, they have parrying abilities if Google Translate is correct.
I have not used this mod yet, so I cannot comment. I went straight to LW2 instead of Spectrum Green as well, so I cannot comment on it either.
The original model of Justitia Executor is broken in WOTC.
so I made the Justitia Executor model the regular ADVENT trooper model.
but this problem is the only one.
