@Princess Elicia Hi ! That's very kind of you !! But don't worry I'm actively coming back to modding right now, I hope to update most of my vanilla mods (starting with this one) for the 1.3 release.
This is going to be quite the big update, with custom sounds, completely reworked textures, and a new crafting system to make weapons modular, a bunch of new ones too, and more !

If you want a preview of what the new textures will look like, you can check out the workshop page of my Vietnam War weapons pack for CE that I updated a few mounths ago, there is bunch of weapons in common (including a M1 Garand).

I hope you will think that it was worth the wait !

@Z00ka Hi ! First I would like to apologize for the delayed response, life has been quite complecated for while.
I'm doing as much work as I can to update stuff to the announced 1.3, a lot of work is needed because I'm not just updating, it's a complete overhaul, hope you will find the wait worth it !

@Brambeo Yes at some point but hopefully not to far in the future, I'm quite busy and this mods are a lot of work. But I'm not planning on leaving modding any time soon !

@TTacco thanks a lot for the support, it's a lot of work and this kind of comments help a lot!
All I can say is I still work daily on my mods and A LOT of things are coming, all the textures have been reworked, custom sounds for every weapons, new turrets, manned an automated, and a brand new mechanic that I "created" (quotes because it's basically codes from other stuff in rimworld that I used here) that will allow weapons to be modular (changing magazine size, caliber, etc) in an historical manner. But it took way more time than I initially thought but my Vietnam War Weapons Pack is almost done and will be the first updated in the next few weeks, thanks again for your kind comment!

Hey just wanted to drop by to say I'm excited for the 1.2 update! Tons other weapon packs (which are all great on their don't get me wrong) are too focused on modern weaponry, and this is one of the few CE integrated compatibility weapon mod (though that of course may change on update)
that brings a lot of older firearms.

Ironically. The mod that banned vanilla weapons suddenly decided that the weapons from your mod are also vanilla. Disabled the first mod and now the raiders often appear with your weapons.

@Sorel_Kainz unfortunately not any time soon, i tried but it doesn't fit in the frame in a way that satisfy me, especially for gun with a very long bayonet, some will be added on shorter weapons like SMGs or stuff like that, I can tell you the Sten MkVI will receive one and maybe the Type 100 too, I'm tring to fit one on the M1/M2 Carbine aswell

@M808V It seems there is no problem to haul turrets on my side, you might want to check out for mod conflict or stockpile priority (sometime it's just a priority problem for some reason)

I'm not sure if this was ever suggested before but it would be pretty cool to see the Stinger added to the game, give the Americans their own makeshift equivalent to the MG42

For some reason some machine guns don't seem to be allowed to be hauled somewhere, as i have a lot of space in various stockpiles with everything allowed, but they still say there's no accessible space available.

Suggestion: Ever considering adding a dedicated craft station for WW2 weapons please? Crafting list becomes tediously long given all the weapons added.

Also, the weapons are super ultra cool without breaking the game balance.

CE:FT has just been updated with support for the new weapons and grenades from the most recent update of this mod.

Looks like CE:FT is missing the patch for the scoped Arisaka rifle.

I undid all my CE:FT changes and updated the mod, menu icons and turrets now seem to work. Thanks @Pratt.

@Pratt The defName issue has been solved, it works with CE:FT right now. And I found why the textures in architect menu failed to present because all the turret with missing textures' graphic file names use 'turret' instead of 'Turret', only Hotchkiss and Vicers using 'Turret', causing the def failed to find them.
