That being said this is better then Genisis mod because that asswipe ruined the mod by placing stat benches right next to the starting area.
I'm starting to think all of these mod creators sit around the same campfire and pass around a meth pipe.
Here was the collection of what I played with:

Don't forget to get RE_Kenshi, PSO etc. off the Nexus

There is obviously a problem with a mod
That message is completely normal, it's because a lot of mods depend on others but those mods are included into packages.
Also, this modlist is 3 years old so it isn't updated at all
hitting 140-160 fps with a 3070
I know Genesis prevents many buildings from being bought but not this collection.
I suppose it depends on which town, and many buildings are earmarked for NPC's when state triggers occur. You should be able to buy a few buildings in every town unless town faction ownership needs to be flipped 1st.
Would apreciate the help.
My work around was to just avoid the city, which was a pain as I thought it fitted well to the area.
Not sure if another issue is still in the collection at Stormgap Coast. There was a small village NE of the Cultist Hideout on the coast where revellers from one of the swamp buildings were sitting in the water below the building. More of a visual bug would not cause a crash, but I believe it is linked to the mod that adds Han.
So far the only issue I have encountered in B&S is the city of Han. It just tanks my fps unlike other cities and crashes when I get nearby.
Most of the main mods that make up Genesis are in this collection in modular form, as this collection predates Genesis. This allows you to place extra mods in between individual mods, or correctly identify issues of compatibility. I still recommend playing this collection without any extra mods for maximum stability though.
So far, followed everything including misc mods and advice from others, this collection is amazing and I am loving it. It's unfortunate a lot of cool mods are dead and gone, kind of inspires me to try modding it myself.
What I want from the game today involves using mods not in this collection so I am not using this collection currently, maybe I will swing back in the future. If anyone does use this collection, pls leave a comment on how the collection worked for you. Remember though if you use any mods not in this collection, any bugs you find may be as a result of that and not the collection.
Also issues with The Whistler mod are not properly confirmed. The mod still exists so maybe the author of it added the now missing files from the vanilla game. How the mod now cooperates with this collection is anyones guess. Removing it is the advise I give, but maybe that also causes an issue with Crovvv's patches.
Due to no 'modder' delving into the files of this collection, doing a full troubleshoot of this collection is futile as any issues will not be fixed if I encounter them. If anyone has an interest in using this collection of mods together I recommend this collection to them.
I still am subscribed to this thread, as this collection and the work Crovvv put in, to have it stable and fully functional has been unsurpassed by any other collection I have used. I guess I hope one day Crovvv will return and update the collection.
I have been following what other people who are currently using the collection have been reporting and the collection still seems stable and functional. The Sand Armour issue seems to give a visual bug to some but not all. Crovvv himself could not reproduce it, but I get it everytime. Maybe because I always add on other mods to the collection. Also almost every issue a player reports back with this collection is using some other mod not from the collection.
When this collection was made, the game seemed to be more stable than the vanilla game. Since mods and the game itself has been updated numerous times since Crovvv's patches have, I would be surprised if there were no issues. Possibly some mods that were compatible before are not now.
Since this collection was last updated, the game has been updated to remove reference to the Whistler Race. The mod Whistler Race used unused files in the game for the Whistler Race, but they no longer exist in the game. Unless the mod as been updated to include all these removed files, then this mod may be incompatible. Also Sand Armour has been known to give visual bugs to some players. I personally get this bug so always remove it from every mod list.
To be sure your good, check the mod collection here to insure that you are subscribed to all the mods. Insure you copy and pasted the load order correctly. You will still get the warning when you go to start the game. As long as you double checked your subscribed to the collection and know you pasted the load order correct your good.
(im still on an older version and as far as i can tell this modpack collection has still been working ok for the most part, even with several extra mods that i added)
Found a bug though: skin spiders won't actually eat you alive. They will do the animation and you get the message "BEING EATEN ALIVE", also your character's icon changes with the bite image, but you won't actually lose any hp. It's a somewhat minor bug but still annoying.
I'm using only this mod's pack with the optional performance mods, nothing else.
This has been my favorite mod pack to use, although due to been so long since last updated with no more additions to it I am now trying out UWE (Universal Wasteland Expansion) along with its supported mods. I have also added some from this collection to UWE and it seems to run fine, but if your not experienced with using many mods with Kenshi, then best to stick to the collections. Minor mods that change a stat etc should be ok, but when using an overhaul best not to use any other mod that adds/changes towns as it is immersion breaking at worst, and can lead to CTD's.
If you decide to use this collection, pls post in the future if you had any issues or if everything was ok.
