this map is old, so it was a bit more of a "winging it" situation. I knew i wanted some cliffs, caves, and a house, and so they took shape somewhat organically.
I would consider this map to actually be somewhat bleh; now that i understand the mistakes i committed here i will usually make a pencil-paper plan first to avoid similar problems.

Oh my, this map is awesome! Your maps are all so darn good. I must ask about your creative process - do you just wing it, do you make a detailed plan first, or something inbetween?
