These hexed model that aren't made by me have the standard physic, that's why i reccomend to everyone to use ragdoll mover, like in SFM.

You may want to weld them to your player model with Rag Morph if you want.

First, i dunno how to make models and other options.
Second, i dunno if you ever noticed the Sniper and Spy player models. If you look carefully, those are different and smaller than TF2 Sniper and Spy models, because the creator of those player models had to remodel them. So, unless you can remodel them, it's impossible.

I'm not exactly saying it to you, but most people here are saying that this is steampunk, but it isn't, and they should look into steampunk before sticking cogs to stuff and calling it Steampunk.

Eh, never really cared much for Steampunk. NOT TO SAY I DISLIKE IT. It would be cool if you could do something Dieselpunk themed, though. (If you don't know what Dieselpunk is, it's basically Steampunk but everything is cooler and it resembles America instead of England.)
