@Greygor: Try verifying game files through Steam. Those props are part of the DLC. Also if you skip any default items with the Loading Screen Mod, make sure those aren't skipped.

Load Screen Mod reports Carport 1, Carport 2, Dormer 1, Dormer 2 as being miising. Yes I have the required DLC andhave subscribed to all props
