But if you just want them added to the pool of buildings that can spawn in your city and don't mind so much where they show up, you can pick and choose your favorites no problem. :)

@axelanius: It's still a growable no matter what. The Building Theme I made for them just won't work that great, since it will have missing lot sizes/levels, depending on what you leave out.

If I don't subscribe to the whole package, does each individual house will still pop up as a growable, or it has to be put in manually?
