guys i tried playing this mod when i turn this mod on and choose a elf faction it wont load it just freezes then crash

I can't play this faction in WH3 without this mod. This mod literally saved the faction in WH2 for me, and I must have played and re-played so many campaigns because of it. Just wanted to let you know that I appreciated what you did and if this never comes to WH3, well, I can always have it on WH2

Yeah, I just kept it out of there so I don't override the text changes another mod may make for technologies that could be actually important.

It's a lot easier to just include units in the pool of units that are affected by a technology than it is to change the description of the technology

Alright, I've updated the unit descriptions. You can now look up what techs (and skills) they use. I've also updated the Phoenix icon with the one from Shadow's mod.

is it possible to add the Units to the red skill tree skill descriptions? its a bit hard to remember which skill to up for each of your units.

Multiplayer isn't really script-friendly because of the risk of desyncs. I'm not much of a programmer and I don't have the skills to write a multiplayer-friendly script.

@KITS No, you can't change the capital. Perhaps it's possible if you edit startpos, but that would make this mod incompatible with a lot of others.

@LWH names appear to work fine for me. You could try unsubscribing and resubscribing to redownload the mod and see if that fixes it. Or you could have a mod conflict.

@KITS most traits for vanilla units also apply to the Aesanar units, so they benefit from the vanilla traits already. The Phoenix mount is one of the most requested things, but I just don't like the idea personally.

just wondering if it is possible to have the aesanar generic traits such low up keep for shadow units? recruit and upkeep cost for them is quite expensive

Would be really cool also if Alith Anar get his personal mount - Shadow phoenix.

Positively love this mod. As far as expanded/ rework rosters go, this is easily my favorite out of all others I've tried. From the unit skills to their attributes, the coloring, and silhouettes... blown away. For the love of gawd, take all my points and I'd gladly murder half the known population if it means this mod could someday make it into WH3.

Again, thank you so much for making this (those involved too!) and sharing it. I legit almost launched my coffee out of my mouth when I got Shynara's mount and saw what it was once I entered a battle. Talk about pioneering creativity! Fffffff**** it's so awesome \m/

TL/DR: Gushing over this absolute beast of a mod. This IS the Nagarythe we needed. Also, nice bag of medals your home's raking in at the Beijing Winter Olympics 😁

I was finally going to finish my Nagarythe ME campaign that I started and subsequently gave up on months ago. I think the faction lacked too much of the sneaky-stealth/ hit-n-run style that I REALLY wanted it to have. Anyhow... so there I was, thinking of getting it done when something told me to go snooping around the WShop. My jaw dropped when I saw this however, I regret to inform you that I cannot give you all the Steam points in the world for this outstanding mod, but please take what I have and may your deity bless your soul for all eternity (Absolutely love the heavy use of vanguard, hide, stalk, snipe, strider, etc.) Obviously haven't played the mod yet, but it looks to hit all the notes and give Ali's Nags exactly the play-style they should have had for vanilla game. Thank you again and thank you to all those who helped make this possible. You're all legends in my eyes 🍻

It's available at Tor Anlec for all other HE factions. I don't think it's a good idea to make it available everywhere. Eltharion's unique building can't be built by other factions either. Neither could Alarielle's lower tier building before it got removed.

Feel free to use that, although you will need to update the tables because it was made for an older version of the game.

No, it's not a mistake. In the end, they're creatures who aren't bound to a single faction. They can just fly off and join up with other Elven armies.

Thats true, i guess teclis would have been great just his teleportation that should have been in, but whatever. Yeah i understand as i said i know it would have been broken af, but still it would have been cool thematicaly. I wouldn't consider another mount than that one for him tbh

@come.narozniak It's definitely possible, but I won't do it. His mirror ability just wouldn't work well while mounted and I'm not a fan of giving characters mounts to make them OP *cough* Teclis *cough*.

@titanbass1 I checked Shynara, and her mass is slightly higher than regular princes/princesses/alith and she should actually stagger less than other HE lords/heroes on foot.
