i did do this, then closed and unsubscribed/resubscribed (Steam showed it was downloading workshop content), but it still does not appear in my list.

Hmm, the only instance that I'm aware of where that happens is if you are in game when you subscribe to a blueprint as the game will only download new BPs on starting

For some reason, when i subscribe to this, it doesnt show up in my ship list.
